Our SCHÜCO full-aluminium front door combines high stability, very good thermal insulation, and reliable security in a modern design. With a construction depth of 90 mm and a sash thickness of 90 mm, it stands for dimensional stability and longevity – a true full-aluminium construction with a double-sided flush-mounted infill.
You can choose between the SCHÜCO Vision 90 profile systems and the particularly well-insulated Vision 90si. Each door is custom-made to measure and can be adapted to your wishes in terms of colour, glazing, handle, and security technology.
Ready-to-install element, single-leaf, opening inwards or outwards. Full aluminum construction with thermal break, multiple sealing levels, and triple thermal insulation glazing (depending on the design).
Available as standard in RC2, optionally in RC3 – each tested according to DIN EN 1627 (certified by ift Rosenheim). For noticeably more security at your home entrance.
Overall construction depth 90 mm, sash thickness 90 mm. 3 seals in sash and frame, double-sided sash-covering infill, sash heights up to 3,000 mm. Patent-pending hybrid composite technology (shear-free composite, reduced bimetal effect). Ud down to 0.89 W/(m²·K) depending on the model.
Like Vision 90, but with 4 seals and XPS-filled frame and sash profiles for even better insulation values. Ud down to 0.80 W/(m²·K) depending on the model.
Innovative center seal concept with EPDM gaskets and pre-fabricated sealing corners. The outer sealing level is continuous – also in the hinge area.
3-part roller door hinges SCHÜCO EV1, optionally visible or concealed. Thermally broken aluminum threshold with 3 seals and direct fastening in the subfloor.
Thermally broken aluminum block frame in a rectangular design, suitable for dowel, wall, or through-bolt mounting.
Locking with key. Opening from the outside with a key, from the inside with a key or door handle. Optional: mechanical door opener with day function (DN) or electric door opener including cable (DNE). Door gap security with turn knob EV1.
Automatic locking when the door is pulled shut. Opening from the outside with a key, from the inside with a lever handle or key. Lever handle can be locked after automatic locking. Optional: day release (free passage without unlocking).
Automatic locking with electric motor release. Opening from the outside via the access control system (e.g. finger scanner) or by key, from the inside by handle, key or access system. Optional: daytime release.
Unlocking via finger scanner and RFID card/chip (1 card included). Local operation. Capacity: 100 fingerprints and up to 3,000 RFID cards/chips.
Finger scanner, code keypad, Bluetooth app (near the door) and RFID card (1 incl.). Optional Wi-Fi module for remote unlocking. Capacity: 100 fingerprints + 890 RFID cards/codes. Version NA5 NB for surface mounting.
Comfort systems with finger scanner (N8 additionally code keypad), remote unlocking via app, Wi-Fi or GSM/LTE connection, controllable LED door lighting, access plans, access history (up to 500 events) and remote update.
Standard with triple heat protection glazing. Decorative glass can be chosen from three groups:
- Group G1 (Standard, included in model price): Clear glass, Chinchilla, Old German light.
- Group G2 (Surcharge): Satinato, Parsol grey, Old German brown, Parsol brown.
- Group G3 (Surcharge): Sandblasted glass with clear glass or Satinato line, Uadi, Madras Marmo, Pave light, Mastercarre.
For enhanced security, selectable options include: VSG (6 mm), P2A (laminated safety glass 8 mm), ESG (6 mm), and P4A (laminated safety glass 10 mm). P4A is a component of the RC2 version.
Stainless steel pull handles in round, square, rectangular, and diamond shapes, in lengths from 60 to 200 cm – optionally with LED lighting and a finger scanner (front-mounted or concealed). Additionally, combination handles made of stainless steel and wood (oak, cherry, wenge), as well as curved pull handles. Numerous doorknob models are available for the interior side.

Determine the width and height of the opening as shown in the sketch. Allow some clearance on each side for installation. If in doubt, we will be happy to advise you personally.
The striking direction describes which side the door opens to. The position of the hinges is decisive when viewed from the inside: DIN left = hinges on the left, DIN right = hinges on the right.
For outward-opening doors, you determine the swing direction from the outside. Here, too, the hinge side determines whether the door is DIN left or DIN right.
